Welcome to Astrabody. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and membership. Please read them carefully before becoming a member.

Membership and Fees

• Opening Hours: Our opening hours are listed on our website and may be subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes.
• Fees: Current membership fees are listed on our website and Fresha.com. Fees are due monthly and are non-refundable once paid.
• Non-Transferable: Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
• Recurring Payments: You agree to be charged on a recurring basis for the term of your chosen membership. We will notify you if a payment fails. Fresha will attempt to collect payment before your membership expires and again if unsuccessful. After several attempts, your membership may be automatically cancelled.
• Minimum Term: All memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment.

Sessions

• Number of Sessions: Each membership package includes a specific number of Suprasculpt and Infrabike sessions. Please refer to our website or Fresha listing for details.
• Booking: Sessions need to be made at least 12 hours before the appointment start time and are subject to availability.
• Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your session. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.
• Session Usage: Each month includes a specific number of Suprasculpt and Infrabike sessions. Unused sessions do not carry over to the next month.

Cancellations

To cancel your membership, please email us in writing at [email protected]. Please note that membership fees are non-refundable, and cancellations require 30 days’ notice.

Medical Cancellation Policy

Cancellations due to medical issues require an official doctor’s note verifying the condition that prevents participation. Without a valid doctor’s note, standard cancellation terms and conditions will apply.

Membership Freezing 

Freezing Duration: Memberships can be frozen for up to 1 month at a time, and can be done 3 times per year (maximum of 3 months per year).

Requesting a Freeze: To request a membership freeze, please email us at [email protected] with your request.

Disclaimer

• Equipment Suitability: The Infrabike is not suitable for individuals with pacemakers, medication pumps, recent surgery (within 3 months), or childbirth (within 2 months). The Suprasculpt is not suitable for individuals with pacemakers or copper IUDs.
• Equipment Use: Members must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided during sessions. Damage caused by misuse may incur additional charges.
• Health Considerations: You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions that may affect participation. Astrabody reserves the right to refuse or modify services based on health considerations.

Personal Data

We collect personal information to service you as a customer. This includes making you aware of relevant offers. You have the right to access the information we hold about you.

Terms & Changes

These Terms are subject to change at any time. We will notify you in advance of any significant changes. By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

January Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Details: This offer includes no joining fee and 1 month of membership free upon signing up.

2. Commitment: By signing up for this offer, you agree to commit to 3 paid months of membership following the free month.

3. Rolling Contract: After completing the 3 paid months, your membership will automatically transition to a 1-month rolling contract.

4. Cancellation: After the initial 3 paid months, you may cancel your membership by following our normal cancellation protocols, which require 30 days’ notice via email to [email protected].

5. Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that membership fees are non-refundable.

By signing up, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

February Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Details: This offer includes no joining fee and 14 days free upon signing up.

2. Commitment: By signing up for this offer, you agree to commit to 3 paid months of membership following the 14-day free period.

3. Rolling Contract: After completing the 3 paid months, your membership will automatically transition to a 1-month rolling contract.
