The Science of Controlled Cooling
Cryolipolysis, commonly known as fat freezing, uses precisely controlled cooling to target and crystallise fat cells beneath the skin. Once crystallised, the fat cells undergo apoptosis (natural cell death) and are gradually eliminated by your body's lymphatic system over the following weeks.
This FDA-cleared technology selectively targets fat cells without damaging surrounding skin, nerves, or muscle tissue. The treated fat cells are permanently destroyed, they cannot regenerate, making cryolipolysis one of the most effective non-surgical fat reduction methods available.

A specialised applicator is placed on the target area, drawing the tissue between cooling panels using gentle suction. The device then lowers the temperature to a precise level that triggers fat cell crystallisation. You may feel intense cold for the first few minutes, which quickly subsides as the area becomes numb.
Each session treats one area and lasts approximately 45 minutes. During treatment, you can read, use your phone, or simply relax. There is no anaesthesia required and no recovery period, you can resume all activities immediately.
Results typically become visible within 2 to 3 weeks as your body begins flushing the destroyed fat cells. Optimal results appear after 2 to 3 months. Additional sessions can be performed on the same area for further reduction if desired.
