    At Astrabody, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect about you, why we collect it, and how we look after it. If anything is unclear, please get in touch, we're always happy to help.

    Who we are

    Astrabody is an aesthetic and body sculpting studio based in Chandler's Ford.

    What personal data we collect

    When you contact us or book an appointment, we may collect:

    • Your name
    • Your email address
    • Your phone number
    • WhatsApp messages you send us
    • Any details you choose to share about the treatment you're interested in

    Why we collect it

    We only use your information for these reasons:

    • To book and manage your appointments
    • To respond to enquiries you send us
    • To send you information about the treatments you've asked about

    We don't use your data for marketing without your permission, and we never sell it.

    How we store your data

    Your details are stored in a secure database hosted on Supabase, with industry standard encryption and access controls. We don't share your information with third parties, except for the trusted booking and payment processors we need to run appointments and take payment safely.

    How long we keep it

    We keep your personal data for up to 24 months after your last contact with us. After that, it's securely deleted, unless we're legally required to keep it for longer (for example, financial records).

    Your rights under UK GDPR

    You have the right to:

    • Access, ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
    • Rectification, ask us to correct anything that's wrong or out of date
    • Erasure, ask us to delete your data
    • Portability, ask for your data in a format you can take elsewhere

    To exercise any of these rights, just email us at enquiries@astrabody.co.uk. We'll respond within 30 days.

    Cookies

    Our website uses basic analytics cookies to understand how visitors find and use the site, so we can keep improving it. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't share your browsing data with advertisers.
