Inside the InfraBike Pod
Ideal 2 to 3 sessions per week
You'll step into the InfraBike pod and cycle at a comfortable, self-selected pace. The pod surrounds your body with infrared and collagen light while maintaining a precisely controlled temperature. Your head remains outside the pod, keeping you cool and comfortable throughout.
As the infrared light warms your tissues from within, your metabolic rate increases and your body begins to sweat. This deep, cellular-level warmth promotes detoxification, improves lymphatic drainage, and stimulates collagen production in the skin.
Sessions last 30 minutes and most clients describe the experience as deeply relaxing and energising. There's no special preparation needed, just comfortable clothing. You can shower at the studio afterwards if you wish.
